4. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information
  • Comply with traffic laws
  • Treat riders respectfully
  • Not engage in illegal activities

Drivers are solely responsible for their journeys.

5. Rider Responsibilities

Riders agree to:

  • Behave respectfully
  • Follow agreed pickup and drop-off points
  • Comply with laws and safety rules
  • Pay agreed contributions where applicable

6. Payments and Contributions

Fuel contributions are optional unless agreed otherwise.

Where payment systems are enabled:

  • We do not store full payment details
  • Refunds are subject to policy
  • Disputes must be raised promptly

We are not responsible for failed or disputed transactions.

7. Ratings and Reviews

Users may submit ratings and feedback. You agree that feedback must be truthful and that no abusive or false content is allowed. We may remove inappropriate content.

Ratings are subjective and not guaranteed indicators of performance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Provide false information
  • Harass or threaten others
  • Engage in discrimination

  • Circumvent security features
  • Use the platform for commercial exploitation

Violations may result in immediate termination.

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid to us in the previous 12 months.
